By using EasyDAW you agree not to abuse the Service. This policy is not exhaustive; we may take action against any behavior we believe threatens the health of the platform or its users.
1. Prohibited Content
- Content that infringes another person's intellectual property. See our Copyright / DMCA Policy.
- Child sexual abuse material — reported immediately to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
- Content that promotes real-world violence, terrorism, or self-harm.
- Content that harasses, threatens, or dehumanizes an individual or protected group.
- Malware, phishing pages, or content that attempts to compromise other users' devices.
- Sexually explicit content involving anyone who has not verifiably consented.
2. Prohibited Behavior
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, brute-force, or otherwise interfere with the Service beyond ordinary browser use.
- Circumventing quotas, entitlements, or subscription checks.
- Creating fake accounts, using another person's account, or sharing credentials.
- Automated bulk creation of projects, uploads, or share links.
- Sending unsolicited commercial messages to other users via comments, share links, or feedback.
- Attempting to identify or contact other users outside of channels the Service provides.
3. Fair Use of AI Features
- Do not attempt to use the AI features to generate content that violates this policy (e.g. hate speech, targeted harassment, deceptive impersonation, or content that infringes on a copyrighted work).
- Do not use AI outputs to misrepresent human authorship where a disclosure would be reasonably expected.
- Automated / programmatic use of the AI endpoints beyond ordinary in-app interaction is not permitted without prior written authorization.
4. Enforcement
We may, at our discretion:
- Remove or restrict access to specific content.
- Rate-limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
- Cooperate with law enforcement where required or where user safety is at risk.
