These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the EasyDAW web application, APIs, and related services (the “Service”), operated by EasyDAW (“EasyDAW,” “we,” or “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18 you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed these Terms on your behalf. You may not use the Service if you are barred from doing so under U.S. law or the law of your jurisdiction.
EasyDAW is a browser-based digital audio workstation. The Service today provides:
Features not listed above are not part of the current Service and no representations are made about their availability or performance.
“User Content” means any audio, MIDI, images, project files, comments, feedback, or other material you upload to or create using the Service.
Your use of the Service is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Paid plans are governed by the Subscription & Billing Policy and the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc.; EasyDAW does not store your full payment card number.
The Service's software, design, logos, and marketing copy are the property of EasyDAW or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you a license to those assets, except the limited right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
Your use of the Service also involves these third parties on the terms they publish. We select them for reliability but do not control their infrastructure.
The Service is currently in closed beta. Some features may change, be temporarily unavailable, or be reworked. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyDAW disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyDAW's total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to EasyDAW in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) US $100.
You agree to defend and indemnify EasyDAW against any claim by a third party arising from your User Content or your breach of these Terms, including reasonable attorneys' fees.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. On termination we will make a reasonable effort to allow you to export your projects before deleting them; see the Privacy Policy for our data retention windows.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless applicable consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be signaled by bumping the version number at the top of this document and, where practical, by requesting fresh consent on your next login. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
