1. Plans
easy-daw offers a limited Demo account and paid monthly subscriptions (Creator, Pro, Studio), each opening different tools and different available layers of the easy-daw experience. Current plans, prices, storage, and AI-credit allowances are published on the Pricing page. Paid plans also include a 7-day, card-required free trial; see Section 3.
2. Billing Cycles
- All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars.
- Paid plans are billed monthly, in advance, on the day your trial ends (or the day you subscribe, if you skip the trial).
- Prices exclude any applicable taxes; if you provide a taxable jurisdiction, Stripe may add tax at checkout.
- Every billing event produces a Stripe receipt sent to your account email.
3. Seven-Day Trial
- Creator, Pro, and Studio each offer one 7-day free trial per customer. A valid payment method is required to start a trial.
- During the trial you get full access to your selected plan's non-AI features plus 10 total AI credits.
- Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your selected plan automatically begins and you will be charged the displayed monthly price every month until canceled. We email a reminder about three days before the first charge.
- You can cancel a trial at any time, with no charge, directly from the Stripe Billing Portal — no retention conversation required.
4. AI Credits
AI-assisted features (Mix Coach, Chord Assistant, and similar tools) are metered in AI credits instead of a daily quota. The Demo account receives 5 lifetime credits; a trial receives 10 total credits; Creator/Pro/Studio receive a monthly credit allowance shown on the Pricing page that resets each billing period and does not roll over. You may separately purchase AI-credit packs while on a paid plan; purchased credits never expire and are used only after your included credits are exhausted. We never contact an AI provider once your available credits reach zero — non-AI features keep working normally.
5. Payment Processing
All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. under Stripe's own terms. easy-daw does not store or transmit your full card number, CVV, or expiration date. We store a Stripe customer identifier and subscription identifier so we can look up your billing history.
6. Upgrades and Downgrades
- Upgrades take effect immediately. Stripe pro-rates the current period on your next invoice.
- Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period so you don't lose paid time.
- On any downgrade, if you exceed the lower plan's limits (e.g. storage), we will not automatically delete data, but new uploads or projects that would push you further past the limit will be blocked until you free space or upgrade again.
7. Failed Payments
- Stripe will retry a failed payment several times on our behalf.
- If all retries fail, we will send a notice to your account email and give you a grace period to update the card before we downgrade your account to the Demo plan.
- Data is preserved during the grace period; feature access is not.
8. Cancellation
Cancel at any time from the Stripe Billing Portal (available from Pricing → Manage billing). Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep paid features until the end of the current period.
9. Refunds
See the separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.
10. Price Changes
We may change prices for future billing cycles. Changes will be signaled by email at least 14 days before they take effect for you. You can cancel before the new price applies if you disagree.
11. Billing Mode Notice
Checkout is currently disabled while we finish activating live payments with Stripe (business verification, payout bank, live keys, live webhook). No subscription, trial, or AI-credit-pack purchase can be started right now, in any mode — you will not be able to enter card details on this site until this notice is updated. We will publish an updated notice here, and enable the Subscribe buttons on the Pricing page, the moment live billing goes live.
